Our goal at MEMOI.NET is to deliver great design’s and quality products however should any of the products ordered arrive defective please contact us via email at customerservice@memoi.net  or via phone at 1-877-453-8268 were our customer service will be glad to ship you an exchange or arrange for a refund.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Download a Return Form 

2. Complete the Return Form. Make sure to include your order number (#) and RMA # and please include your email address if possible. Please indicate reason for return and if you would like your credit applied towards other merchandise or a monetary return in the original form of payment.

3. Ship your return to

Make sure to include your return form along with the item that you are returning. We suggest that you use a reputable carrier and that you insure your merchandise.

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR REFUND

When we receive your item we will check the item and the RMA # and process you return as requested on the return form this may take up to two weeks depending on the form of shipping used for your return.

HOW TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF A REFUND/CREDIT

If you included an email address on your return form you will receive confirmation of the refund or credit via email or you can call us after 14 days from returning your products at 1-877-453-8268. Or you can email us at  customerservice@memoi.net
