HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
- At the top of any page, click "ADULTS " and select a Category. Then click on any style photo for details and a closer look at it.
- Once in the item you can select to see sizes or colors available and you click on see more images to see more pictures or packaging on the item were available.
- To purchase an item, first add it to your SHOPPING CART. Remember to specify the color, size and quantity before you click "ADD TO CART".
- Each time you add an item to your Shopping Cart, we'll show you its entire contents so far. You can then CONTINUE SHOPPING, or go to CHECKOUT.
- At that point, you'll have a chose shipping and payment details.
HOW DO I PAY FOR AN ONLINE ORDER?
We accept credit cards from Mastercard, Visa and American Express. If you do not have a credit card, you can send us a money order for the full amount and we will ship your order immediately upon receipt of money order.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
Memoi.Net ships all products via UPS within 3 business days. You will select ground, overnight or 2 day select when adding the item to your shopping cart. We will inform you if an item is out of stock.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER?
When you place an order, Memoi.Net will send you an e-mail message to confirm that your order has been received. We'll process it in 1-3 business days and ship via UPS once shipped you will receive copy of invoice and tracking information .You can also check up to the minute information about your account and orders placed by logging and clicking "Order Status".
